Industrial Disputes Act, 1947–Sec. 25F & 25G–Order of reinstatement in the continuity of service with certain back wages–Respondent was appointed without inviting the applications for appointment and his appointment was not in regular nature–He worked for only a period of eight months–Period of 42 years has lapsed–Dispute was raised after delay of eight years–Award deserves to be modified up to a lump sum compensation of Rs. 1,00,000/- in lieu of reinstatement.
