Rajasthan Housing Board Act, 1970–Auction proceedings–Cancelled–Writ petitions–Allowed by the Single Bench–Under challenge–Reason for cancellation was assigned that the minimum sale price should be revised–It is admitted that in all the cases, the bids which were offered, were invariably more than the MSP–In many cases, it was far higher–No material on record to show that the MSP was wrongly fixed and its revision became necessary–It is also not a case where serious irregularity or illegality was committed–No allegaion of corruption or nepotism–There is no basis why a decision was taken to revise the MSP when the auctions were complete and part of bid amount was also deposited–Held, the decision of Single Judge does not warrant any interference.
