Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Secs. 75 & 89–Constitution of India, 1950–Art. 226–Order of allowing the land for the purpose of mining–Writ petition against–Maintain-ability–Dispute between the parties falls within the expression judicial matter as defined in Sec. 23(2) of the Act–District Collector in the impugned order, has specifically observ-ed that the mining rights have been assigned to the respondent no. 5 by the State Govern-ment in respect of land–He is having the jurisdiction to pass the order–Petitioners have alternative remedy to challenge the order–Writ petition is not maintainable.
