Motor Vehicles Act, 1988–Sec. 166–This Court has granted the amount of compensation in excess of what was claimed–Appellant is to pay the balance Court Fees on the amount granted in excess of Rs. thirty lakh–Insurance Company shall draw a cheque covering the balance Court Fee for the amount in excess and produce it before the MACT.
