Rajasthan Prevention of Anti-Social Activities Act, 2006–Sec.15–Scope–There is no embargo in the Act to pass a fresh order of detention on the basis of same grounds–Provision permits the issuance of a fresh detention order on the same grounds as the earlier one with the only restriction being that the total period of the detention under the first and subsequent detention order shall not exceed twelve months.
