Criminal Trial–Bail–Granting of–What should be considered?–Held, the Court granting bail should consider:-
(i) other circumstances, the nature of accusation and severity of punishment in the case of conviction and the nature of supporting evidence,
(ii) reasonable apprehension of tampering with the witnesses or apprehension of threat to the complainant and,
(iii) prima facie satisfaction of Court in support of the charge, and
(iv) likelihood of the accused fleeing from justice and tampering with the prosecution witnesses.
