Rajasthan Prisoners Open Air Camp Rules, 1972–Sec. 3(h)–Rejection of case for sending in the open air camp–Ground of pendency of two cases–In one case, petitioner has been acquitted and in other, he is on bail–It cannot form the basis for denying the petitioner for being sent him to open air camp–Nothing has been indicated that on account of the age of the petitioner being 62 years, he could not be sent to open air camp–Impugned minutes qua the petitioner are liable to be quashed and set aside.
