Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023–Sec. 483 [Corresponding Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C., 1973]–Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985–Sec. 8/22–Bail application–As per FSL report, substance methamphetamine contraband weighing 24.75 gms. was recovered whereas the commercial quantity of this substance prescribed under the Act is 50 grams–FIR was registered on 20.03.2024–Petitioner is in custody since the date of FIR and trial will take time–Bail granted subject to certain conditions.
