Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 19(8)–Scope–The Appellate Tribunal is supposed to dispose of the appeal within a period of 182 days from the date of service of notice upon the other side–In the instant case, a period of more than 188 days has already been lapsed and the appeal against the eviction order is still pending for its adjudication on merits–Directed for expeditious disposal of appeal–Certain other observations also made.
