Indian Succession Act, 1925–Sec. 65–Will–Establishment–Witness M deposed that C executed the Will in favour of his four grandsons and he and A signed as witnesses–He also deposed that the testator also signed in Tehsil Office–Will was typed in his presence–No cross-examination about his not being present before the sub-Registrar–Requirement of Sec. 63 of Act and Sec. 68 of Evidence Act stands satisfied–Will was duly established.
