Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Secs. 372 & 378 (4)–Remedy available to complainant against the judgment in a case instituted on the complaint- (i) If the accused is acquitted, he will have the remedy to file the appeal u/s. 378(4).
(ii) If he establishes the case, but is aggrieved at the conviction for a lesser offence or imposition of inadequate compensation, he can file appeal u/s. 378 (4).
