II & 323, 341, 394–Scope–While exercising the powers u/s. 482 Cr.P.C., by invoking the powers of Sec. 427, Court can direct that the sentences awarded to a convict in two different cases shall run concurrently–Sentences awarded to petitioner in both cases shall run concurrently.
