Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 467/468, 471-A & 420–FIR for the offence–Allegations of preparation of false documents–Documents filed with the application cannot be not termed as false documents–Further no allegation against the petitioners to show that they tried to deceive any body or made a misrepre- sentation to anybody–Held, no offence is made out and FIR is liable to be quashed.
