Rajasthan Court Fees & Suit Valuation Act, 1961–Sec. 24(b) & 7(2),(a), (b)–Determination of Court fees–Suit for declaration and for consequential injunction pertaining to immovable property–Court fees should be determined in view of provisions of Sec. 24(b)–Further, the direction of trial Court to decide the market value as per DLC rate is contrary to provisions–Impugned order set aside and trial Court is directed to accept the market value in accordance with Sec. 7(2)(a) & (b).
