Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Secs. 9 & 21–Constitution of India, 1950–Art. 226–Direction of Single Judge to District Judge to transfer the caseto some other competent Court–District Judge has no supervisory or administrative control over the Rent Tribunal–Basides that, there in only one Rent Tribunal in entire Jodhpur District–Held, order of transfer can be passed only by High Court and not by District Judge–Orders passed by Single Judge set aside and matter is remitted back to Rent Tribunal to decide the original application in term of directions issued by appellate Rent Tribunal.
