Registration Act, 1908–Sec. 49–Transfer of Property Act, 1882–Sec. 54–Sale deed was executed for a consideration of Rs. 99/- –Since a document of sale came to be executed, the sale could not have been complete without such document being registered under the provisions of the Registration Act–No illegality or infirmity is found in the impugned order.
