Indian Succession Act, 1925–Sec. 63–Will–Suspicious circumstances–Both the attestating witnesses of will stated that P & J were present beside the executor when the will was executed–Executor bequeathed both the house in favour of P & J–J executed the subsequent will in favour of sons of P–Ultimately both the houses of executor came into the possession of P by excluding the other son D–It was a suspicious circumstance which was required to be clarified by the propounders of will.
