Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 326/34, 323/34 & 341–Conviction–Compromise between the parties–FIR was lodged in the year 2002 and parties belong to same village–Though the offence under Section 326/34 is not compoundable, but this Court is aptly guided by the pronouncements of Supreme Court–Held, appellants are acquitted from the charges.
