commercial premises on the ground of reasonable and bonafide necessity–Merely because the industry of manufacturing chemical and textile has been closed by the respondent-land lord, it cannot be inferred that the bonafide necessity has been ceased–Plea of alternative accommodation was not set up before the Tribunal–Therefore, it cannot be entertained by this Court–Interference declined.
