Criminal Trial–Blood stains–In the FSL report, human blood of ‘A’ group was found on the mouth of broken beer bottle, bistar, jacket and clothes of deceased and the jacket recovered at the instance of accused–No evidence on record ot show that the blood found on these articles was of the deceased–No finger prints were collected from the place of incident or broken beer bottle–Recovery cannot connect the appellant with the crime.
