Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Sec. 82–Reference–Allowed by BOR–Appreciation of–Sarpanch sanctioned the mutation on his own recognizing the khatedari rights of the petitioners by virtue of provisions of Sec. 15 of RT Act–It was ex facie void and without jurisdiction–There was no order of competent authority granting the khatedari rights in favour of the petitioners–Nothing on record to suggest that the petitioners were occupying the land in question as tenant at the time of commencement of the Act or they were admitted as tenant otherwise than sub-tenant or tenant of khudkhast–Held, order of sanctioning the mutation was rightly set aside.
