Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Secs. 136 & 82–Applications for correction in revenue record and making the reference–Dismissal of–Justification–Land in dispute was recorded as the khudkasht land in name of the Doli Shri Pabuji Maharaj at the time of settlement–Pujari/Shebait cannot acquire and get such land in his name–Idol is perpetual minor and the subject falls within the ambit of Sec. 6 of Limitation Act–Petitioner is the devotee/worshipper of the temple and he has a right to take any action in the interests of the temple–Revenue Authorities fell into error of law in passing the impugned orders–Directed to restore the entry so deleted qua the land in question.
