Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 391–Dacoity–Scope for constitution of offence–When a person is involved in an offence of theft of higher magnitude, then it becomes dacoity–In other words, when the offence of theft is committed conjointly by five or more persons, it becomes dacoity.
