Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 125–Trial Court finalized the order of interim maintenance by which Rs. 20,000/- per month were granted as interim maintenance–Earlier order was passed prior to the recording of evidence–Trial Court was required to appreciate the evidence and record the reasons before passing the impugned order–Impugned order is set aside and the matter is remanded back for passing the fresh order in accordance with the law.
