Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 307, 307/149–Framing of charge–As per the statement of injured, all the accused came armed with axe, iron pipe, saria, and sambal and attacked him–He received 22 injuries of blunt and sharp weapon–Four injuries were grievous in nature–Held, no error is found in the impugned order of framing charge.
