Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 420, 406 & 120-B–FIR for the offence–Prayer for quashing–Acceptability–Investigation agency has found the offences to be proved against the petitioner–After the terms and conditions of the contract were renewed between the parties, further advance was remitted by the complainant, however, the petitioner did not supply the commodities/goods to him–It has also been found that with a view to deceive the complainant, forged invoice was generated and false information was supplied to the petitioner–Held, no case is found for quashing the FIR.
