Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 41, Rule 5 & Sec. 100–Mesne profit during the pendency of second appeal–Suit shop is measuring 15×30 ft. and existing rent is Rs. 45/- per month–Suit was filed in the year 1987–Rs. 10,000/- is determined in view of the situation of a shop, nature of business and looking to the tenancy–Appellant is directed to pay the same from September 2021 and onwards till the decision of this appeal.
