Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985–Sec. 50–Applicability–Recovery was made from the box / container being carried by the appellant–Appellant himself and his clothes were searched and in addition thereto, the box he was carrying was also searched–it was incumbent upon the officer to follow the provisions of Sec. 50.
