Marriage Law–Presumption of Marriage–Evidence of PW 2 attracts a strong presumption in favour of a valid wedlock between the plaintiff’s mother and deceased D–To rebut the presumption, defendant no. 1 has not substantiated any material except denial–Plaintiffs discharged their burden–Gen-eological chart (Ex. D-2) produced by the defendants refers only to themselves and deceased D white omitting the plaintiffs and their mother–In contrast , Ex. P-7 produced by the plaintiffs includes both the plaintiffs and defendants–It can be conclusively held that the defendants failed to discharge their burden.
