Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988–Sec. 13(1)(d)(ii)–Offence under–Establishment–It must be established that a public servant has abused his position in order to obtain for himself or for any other person, any valuable thing or pecuniary advantage and that in this context, the abuse of position must involve in dishonest intention.
