Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 439(2)–After obtaining the bail, FIR was lodged against respondent no. 2 for the offence u/ss. 458, 384, 504 & 506 and police filed the charge sheet –He is misusing the liberty by indulging in similar kinds of criminal activities and causing fear and trauma to the victim’s family–Fit case for cancellation of bail.
