Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 228–Order of framing charge–Trial Court has not passed a detailed order but the matter was heard and examined, thereafter, on the basis of prima facie evidence, charges were framed–Order is sufficient–Further, the order of framing of charge is self-explanatory–It cannot be said that the order is without reason.
