Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 182–False information with intension to cause the public servant to use his lawful power to the injury of another person–When the provision would be applicable ?–Held, the Section will be applicable if the information was given to public servant–In the instant case, false information was given in the Court by way of complaint–Sec. 182 would not be applicable.
