Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 7, Rule 14–Rejection of application by BOR–Justification–Notices of service were issued to respondents but the AD was not received and, therefore, the next date was given–On next date, AD of notices was not received back and no body was present on behalf of the respondents–The matter was heard ex-parte and judgment was reversed–BOR was not right in deciding the matter ex-parte–Impugned order set aside and matter remanded back to BOR for deciding afresh.
