Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302, 364 r/w 34–Conviction–Appreciation of–Appellants visited for twice to the house of deceased for his search–Ultimately they took the deceased forcibly and thereafter, he was found dead in unnatural setting–Dead body was recovered in decomposed conditions and it was identified by the family members of deceased–Fact of abduction by appellants was also well proved–Medical evidence also revealing that the death was occurred because of asphyxia due to breaking of the bronchial tube–Held, the conviction was justified.
