Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 154–Delay in lodging the FIR–Husband of victim was staying at other place–She travelled to meet her husband and after narrating the incident to him, she further travelled to register a complaint before the CJM Chamoh–Held, delay in registering the FIR can not affect the case of prosecution adversely.
