Motor Vehicles Act, 1988–Sec. 2(28)–Motor Vehicle–Purview of–Any vehicle which is mechanically propelled and adapted for use upon road and does not fall within the exceptions provided therein, is a motor vehicle within the meaning of Sec. 2(28) of the Act.
