Deed & Documents–Sale deed and deed of reconveyance were executed by two separate instruments–Language employed in sale deed is plain and unambiguous and the intention of parties is very clear–Intention of sale deed was to make a transaction of sale–Execution of reconveyance is also established–Held, question of holding the sale deed nominal cannot be accepted.
