Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 195 Nature of provisions–Held, provisions of Section are mandatory and no Court has jurisdiction to take cognizance of any offense mentioned therein unless there is a complaint in writing as required by the Section–Non-compliance will vitiate the prosecution
and all other consequential orders.
