Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 395, 376/149, 323, 450 & 147–Conviction–Appellants were not known for the complainant–Prompt lodging of FIR–No reason for levelling the false allegations of rape with three ladies–Testimony of complainant in regard to identification was found reliable and nothing could be elicited in cross-examination–Sexually ravished ladies also identified their respective repists during the trial–Blood samples of accuseds were found matched in DNA test–Held, conviction was justified.
