Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 323/34–Conviction–Sustainability–No cogent and positive evidence available to prove the fact that appellants herein (A3 & A4) assaulted the deceased–Attempt of the prosecution to project that the relatives of the deceased were beaten or assaulted by the appellants herein but no medical evidence was produced to prove this fact–No corroborative evidence as regards to participation of appellants–They are entitled to be acquitted.
