Compensation–Determination–Claim petition was filed before 9-1/2 years, and appellants have still not been given any compensation–Apex Court proceeded to assess the compensation–Amount of Rs. six lakh is fixed by taking the annual income Rs. 60,000/- 1/3 deducting for personal expenses and applying the multiplier of 15–Amount of Rs. two lakh is also awarded for loss of consortium to appellants.
