Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 70–Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 420 & 120-B–Trial Court took cognizance on protest petition and issued arrest warrants against the petitioners–Held, it would be just and proper to modify
the order up to the extent of releasing them on bail on conditions.
