Rajasthan Minor Minerals Concession Rules, 2017–Rule 12–Exvacation of minerals by exceeding the permissible limit–Imposition of penalty–Limstone smaller cannot be discarded as rejects–Appellant proposed to install a washing plaint to upgrade the mineral rejects obtained in mining–It must be counted towards calculation of total production of limestone by the appellant-company–Further, the plea of appellant that the power to impose the penalty could not have been exercised after about two decades is fallacious and liable to be rejected because the violation of mining laws by the appellant-company came to the knowledge in the inspection carried on 18 & 19 October, 2019–Interference declined.
