Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 302–Arms Act, 1959–Sec. 27–Conviction–Appreciation of–Version of eyewitnesses was found consistent, reliable and fully corroborated with post mortem and FSL reports–Though PW 6 was declared hostile, yet his testimony cannot be discarded in toto–Incident occurred for getting Rs. 100/- to consume the liquor–Prosecution proved the cause of death and use of firearm by the appellant–Held, the conviction was justified.
