Rajasthan Premises (Control of Rent & Eviction) Act, 1950–Sec. 6–Determination of standard rent–Application would be governed by the provisions of old Act–Premises situated in Johari Bazar Jaipur which is the prime business center–Report of valuation and DLC reports are relevant consideration for assessment of rent–Held, standard rent Rs. 4000/- per month was rightly assessed.
