Criminal Trial–Witness-Reliability–Both the witnesses went to sleep about 9 O’ clock–S admitted that she woke up at about 7 O’ clock–When she had seen the appellant B and her mother killing to her father, there was no reason for keeping the silence–This fact was narrated to I.O. after three days–I.O. was duty bound to question all the inmates of the house including both the witnesses–Investigation is under a shadow of doubt and witnesses appear to be tutored by the first informant who is cultivating the land of deceased–Further, at the time of recording the statements, witnesses were in the control of first informant.
