Criminal Trial–Weapon used in offence–Witness stated that one head injury was caused by axe–Axe was also recovered at the instance of accused–However, the doctor stated that all the seven injuries were lacerated wounds, swellings and abrasions–He admitted also that if a person falls on hard ground after colliding with a vehicle, such injuries could be possibly caused–Statements of witnesses are contradicted with medical evidence–Version of prosecution is unreliable.
