Specific Relief Act, 1963–Sec. 12–Trial Court passed the decree of specific performance in regard to the land of khasra no. 457–Both the agreements Ex. 1 & Ex. A-1 were of khasra no. 454 and not of khasra no. 457–None of the parties claimed the specific performance of the land of khasra no. 457–Decree passed by the Trial Court was beyond the jurisdiction–Judgment and decree are set aside and Trial Court is directed to decide the suit afresh.
