Indian Succession Act, 1925–Sec. 63–Scope–If the deposition made in the will appears to be unnatural, improbable or unfair in light of relevant circumstances, the same would be make a will sorrounded by suspicious circumstances and the Court would expect that all such suspicion should be
completely removed before the document is accepted as the last will of testator.
